Services can be ordered in writing (via email or by contract). After the order is confirmed, the client pays a deposit, usually 30% of the total fee. The remaining amount must be paid before the project is delivered.

Completion deadlines depend on the specific characteristics of each project. The service provider strives to meet agreed deadlines but will inform the client of any delays caused by external factors.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund
Due to the nature of digital services, withdrawal or refund is not possible once the service has commenced. If the service provider fails to deliver the agreed service, the paid amount will be refunded.

Websites, graphic elements, and other creative works created by the service provider are protected by copyright. The client may use the ordered materials exclusively for their own purposes; resale to third parties is not permitted.

The service provider is not responsible for the legality of the content provided by the client or for damages resulting from the use of the websites by third parties.
